What we collect
We only collect the information we need to respond to you and carry out plumbing work:
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, suburb, the service you need and your message.
- Phone and email contact: the details you give us when you call, text or email, including your property address for quotes and jobs.
- Job records: details of work carried out, quotes, invoices and payment records, which we are required to keep for tax and licensing purposes.
- Website analytics: technical information such as pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, collected through cookies (see below).
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and schedule and complete plumbing work.
- To send invoices and receipts, and to keep records required by law.

Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and the business. They may process your information on our behalf:

- Accounting, invoicing and payment providers used in the ordinary course of business.
- Government or regulatory bodies where required by law, for example NSW Fair Trading or gas compliance authorities.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic and page usage. These do not identify you personally to us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. The website continues to work without cookies.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. Enquiries are stored in our email and business systems, which are password protected. Job and financial records are retained for at least seven years as required by Australian tax law; other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Access and correction

Complaints
